I made this video to help guide other middle aged women to learn about and cure yourself of a Ovarian Cyst Ruptured.
Having had personal experience with an ovarian cyst that reached the point where it ruptured while I was at work, I can honestly say that you do not want one!
My doctor told me that you can treat the pain associated with these cysts by taking ibuprofen or Panadol and that you can limit the risk of your ovarian cyst rupturing if you will just limit strenuous activities that can twist or strain your ovary.
Well, let me tell you that I did not consider my normal activities to be strenuous.

Thanks for what? She’s making money from other women’s pain… I had a ruptured cyst and it is the worst pain in the world. If really wanted to help women id tell them everything i know FOR FREE
